What happens after payment
This is the expected API Starter flow when webhook provisioning is configured.
Step 1: Checkout complete
Stripe confirms payment and triggers API key provisioning workflow.
Step 2: Key delivery
API key is issued and delivered to the billing/work email (one-time plaintext delivery).
Step 3: Integration test
Call /api/decide with x-api-key; validate deterministic API contract fields, receipt hashes, verify URL, replay URL, and headers.
Provisioning enabled Webhook auto-provisioning is active when checkout mapping is configured.
